The goal of our engaging and instructive group workshops, called RISE Clinic Wellness Workshops, is to enhance participants' mental, emotional, and physical health. Our clinic provides a range of courses on subjects including depression, anxiety, and stress management to assist clients in enhancing their quality of life by teaching them coping mechanisms.

Workshop on Stress Management:

Stress is a normal reaction to life's responsibilities and obstacles. Chronic stress, however, can have detrimental impacts on one's physical and mental well-being, as well as cause weariness, irritation, and trouble falling asleep. Clients will learn how to recognize and manage stress in our stress management workshop. These approaches will include time management tactics, problem-solving techniques, and relaxation techniques.

Workshop on Anxiety:
